All change is opportunity. Have you heard its knock lately?
When was the last time the knocking persisted to the point that you changed something to silence the knock? And was it the knockining...the constant knocking that motivated you, or the suggestion of something more subtle? The hope of better things that change often brings. The fear that the path is not yet known or of being out on that limb alone. Perhaps the environment is uncomfortable or the long view is obscured. Would a little more light reveal safe steps on surer ground?
And what is known of the sleeper? Slow to rise or up with a quick start? Is time required for full participation on every level? Are the trees or the forest the focus? And could a drop be as significant at a wave?
