Appreciate as in the cooler temperature and a bit of a breeze this morning as I went out on my 'Think Walk' meditation. Why, you may ask, is contemplation even necessary? Of this, the Wikipedia says, "This form of contemplation is to have and pass through an actual experience rather than a rational or reasoned understanding of theory." Thinking about one thing while walking or sitting out in nature is very calming. This can benefit many to various degrees of wellness, as fresh air and a good walk is always good for you! Thinking is a side benefit, one that most people never give a second thought. That will change if you come along with me throughout October.
My first newsletter is coming out next week. I call it "Think in Ink" It is very short and directly to the point, so that I don't consume much of your precious time. You are going to be encouraged to experience your own 'Think Walk'. Details are in the newsletter, and I really look forward to some participation this entire month. I have a very active and interactive October planned here and on facebook. Thinking leads to journal writing. Journal writing leads to personal growth and self-development. I hope you will join along.
Bonus Journal Prompt for October: "Leaves" Please print out the PDF Download and comment throughout the month on your journal journey.
