Creative and Artistic Adventures December Goals and Visions
Artistic and creative adventures are on my list to include in my vision board for 2014 that I will be working on next weekend. Similar to yoga, both of these two things stretch and relax me. They take me to places, often only within my mind. For this, I am truly thankful.
Last year I began an art journal, and this year I am expanding on more than art. After all, it is more. That is art's purpose, to reveal more of what we think we see.
I want to intentionally seek some new artists. I want to create an adventure or two for the soul-purpose of being in creative space as well as well as enjoy the creativity of others. For instance, gardening is creative to me. I have seen some strikingly beautiful, artistic gardens. Connecting to the earth does my body good. This is what heightens my awareness.
Not lately, however, on purpose. Butterfly gardens, organic farms, and DIY painting studios. I am going to schedule their visits in 2014 to ensure that I pause and discover something new, just at the edge of my upcoming artistic and creative adventures.
